The Boy on Cinnamon Street is the story of a middle-school aged girl who is struggling to fit in, understand her feelings for boys, and come to terms with the heartbreaking history of her family of origin.

This cover needed to be colorful and lighthearted like the other books this author has out, but it also needed to hint at the darker side of the story .  The cover photo was shot by Michael Frost.
